With diverse background as a family nurse practitioner, she is an advisor for health and safety risk management for Fortune 500 companies with proven success in ensuring access to quality care and positive patient outcomes. As a visionary leader and head of IHP's Innovation Lab, Christina has led the development of solutions to solve the toughest people problems that U.S. companies face today and close their care access gaps. Through partnering with leaders in several industries, she has pioneered best practices in pandemic risk mitigation and response for workplaces, schools, global meetings and events, entertainment productions, and state wide programs.

Christina believes in transforming the future of healthcare through diverse collaboration. As an early stage growth and clinical advisor for augmented and virtual reality, health technology and software, telemedicine, chronic disease management, incubators, web3, and fin-tech companies, she is always open to connect and share new perspectives.

Jelena Joffe Weil

Jelena runs WW Venture Innovation program at AWS, Amazon's cloud computing arm, and is based in Seattle, WA. She helps global organizations collaborate with the most innovative startups, rapidly achieve business outcomes, and build internal capabilities to innovate at speed and scale, drawing on best practices of Innovation at Amazon.

Prior to AWS, Jelena led tech innovation strategy at AB Inbev out of its Silicon Valley outpost. She started her career in management consulting in London, driving global transformation programs around strategy and operations for Fortune 500 enterprises, incl. many of the global pharmaceutical companies. She went on to lead a boutique consultancy out of NYC and served as its Director and Life Sciences Lead. Jelena holds a Master of Science in Business Administration, Strategic Management, from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, the Netherlands and is originally from Latvia.

Having worked on every continent, Jelena is passionate about cultural diversity, women in tech, and practical application of innovation methodologies (“method to the madness”).

Dion Lisle

Dion Lisle has been in Fintech for 18+ years. Lisle is one of the few Fintech leaders that has been on both sides of the coin, having been a Venture Investor for Citibank and First Data as well as an early employee in multiple Fintech startups. Dion's time in startups include the ups of a $220M exit and the downs of a failed startup in mobile payments.

Lisle has spent the past 5+ years working with banks large and small on their efforts to drive Digital Innovation. These consulting efforts include leading and delivering the industry’s first Blockchain + IOT payments platform for Fleet Automobiles, successfully launched in 2020.

Lisle merged his own advisory, Facere25, LLC with partners to form Forty Grand, LLC with a singular focus on driving value for Community Banks. In 12 months, Dion was able to design a BaaS platform for a small bank to offer Fintech services and lead a Community Bank focused agenda at Money2020 in Las Vegas.

Vanessa has spent her career working in marketing across brand management and media strategy, with a specialty in digital platforms and emerging media. She has led global centers of excellence in digital marketing, commercial strategy and creativity, designing and facilitating workshops around the world for marketers at all levels, from college interns to the C-Suite. 

She has worked at two of the world’s largest consumer packaged goods companies in beverages. She is passionate about the role of creativity and innovation to unlock purpose driven growth. Vanessa holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. When she’s not building brands, Vanessa loves to read all kinds of books & learn new skills.
